Job Title: Video Editor
Company Overview: kTech Solutions is providing offshore outsourcing in call center operations, business back-office support, web development, video editing and graphic design from Bangladesh to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and all over the world.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team and contribute to the creation of captivating video content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in video editing software, and a creative mindset to bring our vision to life. As a Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with our content creators and producers to produce visually compelling videos that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished video content, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Organize and manage video assets, including footage, audio files, graphics, and animations.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble video clips, add transitions, effects, and graphics, and ensure seamless continuity.
- Enhance video and audio quality through color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting techniques, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to bring innovative ideas to video projects.
- Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (preferred).
- Knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools) is a plus.
