IT Chum is urgently seeking a Graphics and Video Media Technician to support our digital and marketing activities. This is a short term contract position for 1 to 3 months with an immediate start. The role is suitable for a skilled and creative individual with strong graphic design and video editing experience.

Job Title: Graphics and Video Media Technician (Short Term Contract)
Location: IT Chum Office, Mojumdari, Ambarkhana, Sylhet (Office Based)
Start Date: Immediate start.
Contract Duration: Short term contract (1 to 3 months).
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 (London Time)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design graphics for digital marketing, websites, books, promotional materials, official items and social media
• Produce promotional materials and visual content
• Edit videos and marketing clips
• Support marketing and digital media production activities
• Assist with preparing design materials for online platforms

Mandatory Skills:
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator
• Video editing using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar professional tools
• Strong creative design ability and visual communication skills
• Excellent computer operating knowledge
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• English, Bengali and Sylheti language proficiency

Experience Requirement:
Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record or advanced level of skills in graphic design and video editing.

Location Requirement:
This is a fully office based position at the IT Chum office in Mojumdari, Ambarkhana, Sylhet. Only local candidates will be considered.

IT Chum is seeking a capable and organised Operations Manager to support the day to day management of our office, services and team operations. This role requires strong IT knowledge, marketing ability, language skills and experience in managing operational workflows.

The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating staff, maintaining digital platforms, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Mojumdari, Ambarkhana, Sylhet (Office Based)
Start Date: 1 April 2026 or as soon as possible.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 (London Time)
Minimum Contract Duration: 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Office Management
• Manage day to day office operations
• Coordinate staff activities, rota, and workflow
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Support management in organising projects and service delivery
• Maintain office systems, documentation, finance and reporting

Customer Service
• Answer telephone enquiries professionally
• Respond to customer queries in person and online
• Provide information about services and assist customers where required
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach with all clients

Marketing and Promotion
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing activities
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct telemarketing where required
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and online content

Website and IT Management
• Build, update and maintain WordPress websites
• Manage website content and updates
• Produce graphics and marketing materials using design software

Video Production and Media
• Record promotional and informational videos using semi-professional cameras
• Edit promotional videos for social media and online platforms
• Produce short marketing videos and promotional content
• Use video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software

Mandatory Skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• WordPress website design and maintenance
• Social media marketing and digital marketing
• Promotional video recording and editing using semi professional cameras
• Video editing using tools such as CapCut or similar software
• Typing speed with good accuracy

Language Requirements
Applicants must be fluent or at an advanced level in:
• English
• Sylheti
• Bengali

Experience Requirement
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a relevant operational, administrative, marketing or digital role is required.

Education
This is a skills based position focusing on language ability, IT skills, and practical experience. A university degree is not required.

Location Requirement
This is a fully office based position at the IT Chum office in Mojumdari, Ambarkhana, Sylhet. Only local candidates will be considered.
