2. If there are no problems with the product and is not compatible with your devices then it can't be replaced.
3. If there is any kind of manufacturing defect then you'll have to show proof that it wasn't damaged by you otherwise we'll consider it as physical damage and we won't be liable to replace the product.
4. If any product is required to be replaced then we'll bring the product to our location and we'll examine the problem according to the customer's complaint.
5. If the manufacturing default is repairable then we'll repair the product for you. If there is no other way then we'll replace the product.
