If there's one thing I really struggle with on these platforms is consistency.

Every week I tell myself I should post more often, remain visible, be active... And every week I fail miserably 😂

But at the same time, I'm working a lot: I'm designing brands, websites, logos, press books, catalogues, books, you name it!

I just can't find the time to tell you about it 😅

So after a few weeks of silence, swipe to see what happened behind the scenes at Yasmine Yende Webdesign

If some of you have any advice on how to reach the proverbial consistency, please let me know 🙏🏾

And if you're ready to build your brand on solid ground, dm DISCOVERY and let's get to work.

A lot of new brands begin with the logo, colours and fonts and then wonder why everything feels disconnected.

Your vision should always come first and the visual identity is there to express your brand strategy.

Your vision defines who you serve, what you stand for and where you want to go. Once you have that, making visual choices feels much easier instead of turning into a never-ending debate.

Designing your visuals before grounding your vision is like building on sand.
But building your vision first is what separates a strong brand identity from mere graphic design.

Building a brand begins with a clear vision, which is then translated into a cohesive visual identity to ensure seamless communication.
Together, these elements form a harmonious ensemble that stands the test of time.

So tell me, how is your brand vision coming along?

Don't hesitate to share your thoughts in the comments.

And if you have any questions about branding or visual identity, send me a message, and I will make it my next episode of Answer The People 😊

Hot topic: am I afraid that AI will replace me?

No 😊

While AI can be a great tool to help you gain time when gathering information and automate repetitive tasks, it cannot replace human experience, genuine interactions and creativity.

As a human designer, my brain helps me CREATE… whereas AI can only generate and not even spontaneously!

So thank you to al you of there who still believe in the value of real people’s work.
And if you’re looking for a real designer, you’re in the right place 😁

Following the trend .now

Design is my passion and I’m proud of being part of such an awesome community.

As I said before, your logo is not your whole brand but a very important element of your branding.

Selecting these logos took back in time, to the diversity of projects and industries I designed for in the last 10 years! (Yeah, I’m old like that ☺️)

I know I’ve absent from the gram lately but rest assured that a lot is happening behind the scenes and I’ll share it with you soon.

When the products are on fleek (the logo, the packaging, the textures,...), you are the photographer's number one fan and he is yours, ideas fuse and we create something magical ✨

Packshot is the art of making your products look irresistible and with this shoot, we did just that 😁

No one mentions this cost since it never appears on an invoice.

But you know the hours you spent. The Canva files you’ve saved over and over. The logo you’ve changed so many times it’s hard to see it clearly now. The website you launched just to have something live, even if it didn’t feel right.

You have already counted that part.

What’s harder to notice is everything else. The client who found your page looked around for half a minute and left. The proposal you sent to someone who seemed truly interested but then never replied. The meeting where you were the most qualified but still not the one they remembered.

None of that shows up in a report, so it stays hidden, making it easy to think it’s not urgent. You tell yourself you’ll fix it when things calm down, when you have more time or when you feel more ready.

But from working with women at this stage, I know that your brand should not be a reward for reaching a certain level in your business. Your brand is what helps reach that level.

The women who come to me are usually at a turning point. Not a crisis, but a quiet moment of honesty when they realise that what they’ve built deserves to be seen in the right way.
And even though they’re capable, doing it alone won't get them there.

If you’re at that turning point, I’d love to talk.

You can book a discovery call through the link in my bio.

One thing about me, I always support my clients 😊

And by support I mean buy from them, visit their shops, go to their events, like, share and comment on their posts.

Today, I went to see for a work session. I’m redesigning her website on Shopify and we’ve been collaborating for a few months but never met in person.

Maryse is a certified naturopath who understands the importance of having her own online platform, made at her image, to promote her work and sell her products.

A website expands your reach in ways you can’t even imagine (well, you can if you have one 😁).

So stay tuned for the big reveal.

And if you’re ever in Brussels and in need of good advice about the best natural products (plants, powders, teas,…) for your health, don’t hesitate to drop by
📍Chaussée d’Alsemberg 709, 1180 Uccle.

You won’t regret it 😉
