Chapps stands for “Checking Apps”.

We specialize in creating Apps for the property management industry. We built a platform of unique & professional Apps, which can effectively keep track of your maintenance data, as well as organize your inspections & inspectors. The ultimate goal being a driving force in collaborative property management.

Chapps was created after recognizing the industry's dissatisfaction with existing inspection solutions. We noticed property managers reverting back to pen & paper, because they couldn’t find a solution that really works. That’s where we stepped in.

The Apps are called “Next Generation”, because, in contrast with the checklist approach, the Apps take into account the specific situation of the different kinds of inspections and generate accurate management data. All of the Apps have been specifically designed for a particular inspection process, be it; student/dorm, building or rental inspections.

Chapps is active globally and is available in 4 languages; English, French, Dutch and German. The App works on your smartphone & tablet on both Android and iOS operating systems.
