Renson's digital ventilation
The specialist of ventilation systems, Renson, is doing very well. The West-Flanders company, active in 83 countries worldwide, can barely keep up with the processing of orders. This success-story is achieved together with Input For You that takes care of the digitization of the invoices.
Waregem-based Renson is one of Belgium's little-known gems. It is primarily known for its ventilation systems but has grown into a company with a wide range of quality products such as solar sheading, facade cladding and patio covers. With some 1,200 employees, it generates a turnover of no less than 240 million euros.
Renson is working on a solid full digital transformation with a switch from an IBM Power to a SAP S/4 HANA solution with a strong Microsoft Azure anchoring. CIO Koen Van Loo knows the tricks of the trade like no one else and manages to complete the huge task with his team of around 40 IT employees.
However, this resounding success puts some pressure on the supply chain. Thanks to Input For You, the process is now on the right track. Previously, the invoicing of suppliers and customers was processed manually, with about 50,000 invoices a year. This sometimes resulted in lost documents or inaccuracies. From now on, this process is completely digitized. CIO Koen Van Loo had already worked with Input For You in the past for the digitization of the invoicing and the archive. Renson issued a new tender and this time too, the Brussels-based company Input For You came out best in terms of price/quality. "A lot of invoices still arrive on paper or in PDF format via e-mail, currently about 80%. Input for You takes care of the digital processing in XML-format." The return on investment was a no-brainer. "Everyone saw that it was no longer feasible to do it manually. We are happy that we opted for automation." says Koen Van Loo.

Digital health insurance for expats - Globality Health

A company with a clear focus: the exceptional international health insurance for expats, Globality Health is a relatively young company, founded in 2008, but with some 25,000 customers, of which two-thirds are corporate users, it is more than a world player. For its digital journey, Globality Health chose Input For You. "And we are very happy to be working with them," says Head of Operations David Heinemann.

An employee sent to Indonesia for work as an expat, for example, immediately receives the necessary support, information about medical care and total health insurance, 24 hours a day. Not always obvious, because each country has its own peculiarities, its own rules, its own approach, often its own language and also its own codes for paper or digital work and follow-up. This concerns no less than 200,000 invoices per year. "Paper was never really a problem. We cannot ask expats to send their documents by post. Often, however, it was via e-mail, which is very cumbersome. Today, 77 per cent comes in via smartphone or via the self-service portals for corporate clients and individual customers," says an enthusiastic David Heinemann.

Since December 2020, Globality Health has launched the ‘Claims Automation Project', initially in Germany, now also in Austria, Singapore and the United Emirates, which will be rolled out globally over time. The aim is to work out a uniform authorisation system in which the various parameters are automatically read in. As said, this is not so simple because each country has its own standard. A partnership with Input For You was chosen, but Globality Health has involved all its divisions, the project management, the IT department and operations. "I am very satisfied with the collaboration with Input For You. The quality is very good", David Heinemann agrees. The return on investment was almost immediate.

When Globality Health will go 100 per cent digital is still a matter of conjecture. Today, 23 per cent of claims still come in by email, but that is decreasing every year. "Digital is the way to go," says David Heinemann.

Globality Health is headquartered in Luxembourg, has customers all over the world, mainly in Europe, Asia and the American continents... One third of the users are located in Western Europe.

Au cours de la dernière année Covid, Input for You a augmenté de quinze pour cent pour atteindre un peu moins de cinq millions d'euros. Cette année, l'entreprise basée à Bruxelles vise les vingt pour cent. La Covid a accéléré la préparation à la numérisation de divers clients.
Input For You a débuté en tant que société de numérisation des archives des hôpitaux et des compagnies d'assurance, mais elle s'est maintenant lancée dans la transformation numérique. Pour de nombreuses entreprises, il s'agit d'un tremplin. « Nous sommes, comme on dirait en tirminologioe football, un assist numérique », déclare le directeur général Stephan Cornelis. Chaque année, 150 millions de documents sont numérisés. Il s'agit notamment des titres-services, des demandes de remboursement de dommages, de documents médicaux et même d’amendes de circulation. Tout tourne autour d'un traitement intelligent des données dans lequel tous les paramètres sont pris en compte. L'intelligence artificielle joue un rôle de plus en plus important dans ce domaine, pour lequel Input For You compte dix employés en Espagne.
L'entreprise se concentre désormais aussi davantage sur les sociétés financières et les services publics. La croissance est le leitmotiv, tant en Belgique qu'à l'étranger. A Bruxelles, Input For You compte aujourd'hui cinquante employés et fait appel à 150 employés d'un partenaire externe pour l'accès aux données.
