Venture Scaller — Sales, Concept, AI & Growth
The Composer is looking for a Venture Scaller.
We are a flexible collective of independent specialists helping venture companies and ambitious founders turn ideas into meaningful growth.
We are not looking for a traditional sales representative. We are looking for someone who combines commercial instinct, concept thinking, and practical AI knowledge: someone who can open doors, understand challenges, shape opportunities, and help turn strong ideas into real projects.
As a Venture Scaller, you will:
- Find and connect with ambitious founders and growing companies.
- Understand their challenges, ambitions, and opportunities.
- Turn conversations into clear concepts, offers, and growth opportunities.
- Use AI intelligently for research, sales preparation, ideation, automation, and ex*****on.
- Work closely with our creative, strategic, technical, and AI specialists.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Help move projects from idea to ex*****on.
- Take ownership of your own growth within The Composer.
You might come from sales, strategy, entrepreneurship, consulting, marketing, innovation, business development, or AI. What matters most is that you are curious, entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable thinking from zero to one.
You do not need to be a software developer, but you should understand how modern AI tools work and how they can create leverage for businesses. You know that AI is not only about prompting—it is about improving ideas, workflows, decisions, and results.
Language fit is important. We are currently looking for Venture Scallers who are fluent in:
- Dutch — for Dutch-speaking assignments
- English — for international assignments
- French — for French-speaking assignments
You do not need to speak all three languages, but please clearly mention your language level and the markets in which you feel comfortable working.
A flexible freelance collaboration
This is an entrepreneurial freelance collaboration, not a fixed full-time job with five days of assigned work every week. We may not have a ready-made workload waiting for you from day one.
Instead, the opportunity grows around real needs, strong matches, and mutual ambition. You can keep your own clients and projects while also helping with our own ventures, which we call Adventures, contributing to The Composer, or supporting client projects whenever someone with your profile is needed.
You can also focus on bringing new clients to The Composer in the time you have available. You remain independent while becoming part of a growing team whenever the right opportunity appears.
There is room to shape the collaboration around your own strengths, availability, network, and ambitions.
