It's time we take back some of that productivity and it just didn't make sense to charge any money for it.

It's quite difficult to get some real data on how skills are evolving over time. Luckily, McKinsey & Company helped us out by publishing their quarterly report on the .

Make sure to have a look at part 1 and 4, where you'll find a shocking set of arguments why skills are shifting and in what direction. Coping mechanism vary of course but we're delighted to see that, especially in Europe, is crucial.

And it's not about classroom training or vast training budgets either. On-the-job learning remains the most organic, seamless and real-time technique used to stay sharp and relevant.

We'll keep steering uman.ai in a direction where we'll focus on discoverability and effortless distribution of company knowledge.
