De roots van Mobiflow liggen bij het softwarebedrijf Optimile dat het merk Mobiflow oprichtte om haar producten niet alleen als White Label-oplossing te kunnen aanbieden, maar ook als

eindproduct onder de naam Mobiflow. Het productaanbod van Mobiflow bestaat uit twee belangrijke pijlers, Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) en Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), die zowel afzonderlijk kunnen bestaan als gecombineerd in één geïntegreerde oplossing, afhankelijk van de wensen van de klant. Mobiflow richt zich tot klanten actief in de mobiliteitssector die op zoek zijn naar laadoplossingen, zoals de CPO (Charge Point Operator oftewel de uitbater van de laadpaal) en eMSP (eMobility Service Provider oftewel de laadpasaanbieder). Mobiflow bied je Charging-as-a-Service software aan, oftwel een cloud-gebaseerd softwareplatform dat het mogelijk maakt om laadtransacties te starten, te stoppen en te beheren (split billing, rapportage, probleemoplossing) en bovendien jou als EV-bestuurder toegang geeft tot een van de grootste laadpaalnetwerken in Europa via directe verbinding of roaming. Mobiflow bied je daarnaast Mobility-as-a-Service software aan, zo maak je eenvoudig gebruik van een slimme routeplanner die je helpt bij het combineren van verschillende mobiliteitsdiensten tot één reistraject. Bovendien beheer je al jouw aankopen en uitgaven in de app zelf.

🚗 Wat verandert er voor jouw (bedrijfs)auto in 2025? 🚗

Nieuw jaar, nieuwe regels! Met pas benoemde ministers (behalve in Brussel) komen er in 2025 verschillende fiscale updates op je af. Dit is wat je moet weten:

📉 Hoger voordeel van alle aard (VAA)
De CO2-drempels voor bedrijfswagens worden strenger, wat betekent dat als je met een traditionele benzine- of dieselauto rijdt, je VAA met 5 tot 8% zal stijgen. Elektrische auto's blijven belast tegen het minimumtarief.

📈 CO2-bijdrage neemt toe
Werkgevers zullen hun CO2-bijdrage met 3,84% zien stijgen, met een extra vermenigvuldigingsfactor van 22% voor auto's met verbrandingsmotor. Zelfs groene bedrijfswagens krijgen nu een hogere minimumbijdrage.

⚡ Aanpassingen voor thuisladen
Een vast vergoedingspercentage voor thuisladen blijft van kracht, met tarieven in Q1 2025 die zijn vastgesteld op:
🔹 Vlaanderen: 28,22 c/kWh
🔹 Brussel: 32,94 c/kWh
🔹 Wallonië: 32,56 c/kWh

🏛️ Regionale veranderingen in Vlaanderen
❌ Geen vrijstellingen meer voor EV-belasting (registratie en wegenbelastinggegevens in behandeling)
🚦 Regels lage-emissiezone uitgesteld – Euro 5-diesels mogen nog steeds Antwerpen en Gent binnen
🛑 Verbod op verbrandingsmotoren uitgesteld – nu 2035 in plaats van 2029
📢 Deze veranderingen hebben invloed op uw budget en wagenparkstrategie, dus blijf op de hoogte en plan vooruit!

🚗⚡ Are You Ready for the New Charging Point Obligations? ⚡🚗

E-mobility is booming in Flanders, and the government is making sure charging infrastructure keeps up! As of January 1, 2025, non-residential buildings with more than 20 parking spaces must have at least 2 charging points.

🏢 Who does this apply to?
✔️ New constructions & major renovations (since March 11, 2021)
✔️ Non-residential buildings with 20+ parking spaces (from 2025)
✔️ Private & partially public parking areas

💡 Plan ahead & avoid fines! Missing charging points could cost you up to €2,000 per spot.
