Looking back, May highlighted what truly shapes strong teams: resilience, collaboration and the ability to grow through shared experience - both in and beyond our day-to-day work.
Alongside our operational priorities and ongoing projects, we also continued investing in people, culture and connection.
🎯 Our long-standing People Development Program in Bulgaria continued with its first session this year focused on Change Management. A timely topic as we continue navigating a broader transition. The program remains a cornerstone in strengthening leadership capability and supporting long-term growth across our teams.
🏃♀️ The Kalandzha Run took us to the Bulgarian seaside - a location that made the experience even more powerful. Running along the shore brought a natural sense of focus and momentum, reinforcing the value of consistency, endurance and team spirit.
♟️ At the Corporate Chess Championship, we participated for the first time, engaging with colleagues from across the insurance, IT and other sectors. It was a valuable opportunity to represent our growing internal chess community and connect beyond our organization.
Grateful for a month that combined delivery with perspective and reminded us that performance is always shaped by people.
Looking ahead with energy and focus to what June will bring.
