CX Tech Fest – Learning, Sharing, and Growing Together

Today we kicked off our CX Tech Fest, an internal event designed to do what we do best: share knowledge and grow together. Over the next 3 days, our teams will be leading sessions and conversations on a wide range of topics, including AI, tools we use in our day-to-day work, SQL, Java, leadership, and much more.

This event is a great opportunity to learn from each other, exchange ideas, and strengthen our technical and professional skills as a community. Because learning doesn’t only come from books or courses, it also comes from the experience and passion of the people we work with every day.

To start the event on a high note, we shared a small breakfast this morning with our colleagues at the office, setting the tone for collaboration, connection, and curiosity.

✨ Christmas Dinner & Holiday Wishes ✨

Two weeks ago, we came together to celebrate our Christmas Dinner, a special evening to reconnect, share great food, and reflect on everything we accomplished throughout the year. It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the teamwork that made this year possible.

Today, December 24th, we’d also like to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. May this season bring you peace, joy, rest, and meaningful moments with your loved ones.

Celebrating International Men’s Day – Honoring Strength, Well-Being, and Awareness 💙

Yesterday, we came together to celebrate International Men’s Day, a date that goes far beyond recognition, being a moment to raise awareness about topics that often remain in the shadows.

This day reminds us of the importance of acknowledging men’s mental health, promoting emotional openness, and addressing forms of gender-based violence against men that frequently go unnoticed. Every man deserves support, understanding, and a safe space to express what they feel and face.

We want to appreciate all the men in our company who give their best every day, for themselves, for their families, and for our organization. Your dedication, resilience, and heart make a difference.

To celebrate, we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Bunker, with great food, fresh beer, and live music. It was a moment to relax, connect, and enjoy together.

Halloween at NiCE 🎃

The teams transformed their workspace into a whole new world. This year the theme was game and movie-inspired dimensions! We had Nightmare before Christmas 🎄🎃, Pirates of the Caribbean🏴‍☠️ , Mortal Kombat 💪and Mulan 🐉 bringing every detail to life with stunning decorations and unforgettable costumes.

But beyond all what truly stood out was the spirit of togetherness. Watching everyone collaborate, perform, and support each other reminded us that at NICE, magic happens when we create something amazing together.

1st Bike Ride of the Year

This past Sunday, June 15th, we kicked off our first bike ride of the year.

We rode along the city’s bike path and completed a full loop around Laguna Alalay, covering approximately 20 km. It was a morning full of fresh air, movement, good company, and lots of positive energy.

More than just a ride, it was a refreshing reminder of how important it is to take care of our health and well-being, especially when we do it together.

🌍💜 Global Community Month – A Time to Give Back and Connect 💜🌍

This May, we proudly celebrated Global Community Month, joining thousands of colleagues around the world to make a meaningful impact in the communities we live and work in.

We were inspired by the incredible range of activities our teams participated in globally – from planting trees and mentoring children, to supporting food programs, volunteering at animal shelters, and more. Every act of kindness contributed to something truly powerful. Together, we touched thousands of lives. 💪✨

Here in Bolivia, our hearts were especially touched during our visit to the Madre Teresa de Calcuta Home, where we spent a beautiful day with people with special needs. We shared moments of love and joy – painting, doing crafts with modeling clay, dancing, and delivering donations of food and cleaning supplies.

We also had the chance to support the amazing work of Ladridos, an animal shelter that cares for dogs in need. Our team donated food and cleaning products, helped clean the facilities, fed the dogs, and most importantly, gave them time, attention, and love. 🐾💜

We’re so proud of the difference our team made during this special month. When we come together with purpose, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.
