"La Última Salteña"

Work in progress ...

Salteñas man, they're hands down one of the best pastries in the WORLD. This baked empanada, stuffed with a mix of meat, spices, and other ingredients in some cases, are one of my favorite Bolivian foods. Salteñas are often eaten mid-morning, prior to lunch and after breakfast. It's quite tricky to have ONE single salteña, as you'll crave more. Trust me, if you have lunch and decide to go for some salteñas beforehand, you're most definitely not going to finish lunch.

Salteñas, guys, are a gift of god. Hence: The Last Salteña
