Our process:
1. BRIEF
We spend a few hours with you – either in person or online – so you can give us a nice briefing of your idea or your current application. We document it all for you in a formal document you can use for different purposes within your project.
2. RESEARCH
Here we research your idea, gather user’s feedback, look into the competition and get our experts to review the UX, so we
can ensure your idea works for users and that you are aware of the competition (and can do better than them).The output is one (or many) documents with the info you need to proceed.
3. CONCEPT
In this phase we will identify the flow(s) of your application, map the idea into wireframes (or low fidelity mockups), fine tune your functionality and plan for the development. You will get a flowchart, a set of low fidelity wireframes and a project plan. Everything you need to start designing and implementing!
4. DESIGN
We can help you find the most amazing designer for your project, brief and manage him/her for you, and iterate with you and them until you get beautiful designs with the best user experience and usability. At the end of this step, you will get PSDs (screens) to be used in your application.
5. IMPLEMENT, TEST AND LAUNCH
We can also help you find the best developers for your application, create milestones, plan and manage the development for you. Help you test the application and launch it! You will get a working application from this step.
6. USER TESTING, UX REVIEWS OR RESCUE
We also offer UX expert reviews, user tests or, if you only need your interface to be redone (without the steps above), we can rework your interface for you with our rock stars UX experts. What you get from here could be a document with our findings, or wireframes, or results of user tests, recommendations, or a specific output you require for your short term / long term project.
