Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated, team-oriented Software Engineer to be part of the Research & Development team – Quality Assurance Tools.
The hired employee will be part of a team responsible for developing Cadence’s internal software, enabling other development teams in their daily tasks. He/she will be dealing with real-world software challenges, helping develop a tool that is used by leading Integrated Circuit companies. The R&D work at Cadence is very dynamic, fast-paced, and integrated with other teams all around the world.
Education and Experience required:
Must have:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related field;
Algorithms and data structures knowledge
Excellent PHP, Python, MySQL knowledge
Web Development Skills (HTML, JS, JQuery, CSS & related)
Great verbal and written communication in English;
Good interpersonal skills;
Linux Knowledge
Nice to have:
Testing and Quality Assurance tasks knowledge
Good Version Control knowledge
Design patterns knowledge
C/C++ knowledge
Farm Usage (LSF, OpenLava) knowledge
TCL knowledge
