4. DATA RECOVERY
These include restoring lost data or information from virus corrupted files, from Hard disks, from external hard drives and flash disks. NOTE: Hard-drives of 250GB will be treated as part of routine maintenance while a separate fee will be charged for hard-drives above 250GB.Clients are then advised that programs used prior to damage or accidental erasure are to be logged to aid in speedy and precise recovery. More programs equates to additional time which may lead to lengthy periods of recovery.
5. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance on systems as a pro-active measure to eliminate general recurrence of systems problems. These maintenance will be performed based on the contractual agreement.
6. CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
