Tell me if you can relate: your brain is juggling a thousand tabs, silence feels loud, loud feels debilitating, and emotions flip faster than lightswitches?
Same here. I can see how easily my wardrobe could feel like another thing to manage, but my style is one of my anchors.
I’ve learned to work with my neurospicy brain, not against it. Consistency in my wardrobe makes dressing easy, instead of a battle against my executive functioning.
Making intentional choices with my clothes and a bit of self-compassion go a long way. DM me if you want to chat about ADHD, motherhood, or building a wardrobe that actually works for your real life.
