10X Information Technology is hiring an InformationTechnology Generalist:
-Provide support covering network and infrastructure, users and devices with minimal supervision.
-Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, AD, Office365, PC repair, software installation,
-Investigate system problems and provide tactical, technical solutions, using your experience, knowledge, product knowledge, and system utilities and tools.
-Provide support (maintenance/system/set-up/networking).
-Perform installs, moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning of computer equipment.
-Own your position β provide rapid response and ownership of issues and requests: identify, diagnose, and resolve problems and issues reported by customers via telephone, or email.
-Support and troubleshoot issues for a remote workforce.
Coordinate incident management activities.
-Provide feedback and support within a very small team.
-2 + years of experience in an IT Support position in a Windows and Mac environment β IT Helpdesk or IT Support Agent.
-College Diploma in Computer Programming, Computer Systems Technician, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
**optional/asset** 1 or more Certifications preferred: Compa TIA A+, or similar.
-Must have a βCan-doβ attitude with strong attention to detail, an excellent ability to listen and take direction.
-Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Must be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Must be service-oriented and able to maintain a high-level of professionalism under pressure.
-Experience and knowledge supporting users and resolving day to day issues; strong ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Salary depends on experience and to be negotiated.
