Back in March we switched to Telus for phone and internet. when we subscribed we were told that a wifi access point was included, well we get the first bill and they are charging for it. we have spent over a week trying to resolve this to get it removed only to be told it is included in the contract and they will be charging a termination charge...for what something we were told was included???? now your probably wondering why the big deal over a wifi access point....well the big deal is I sell and service them why the hell would I subscribe to a service that I sell.
