🌟 Welcome to the team, Lisa Bejaran!

We’re so excited to welcome Lisa as PMO Manager on the Univerus Energy & Water team.

Lisa joins as an energy industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, having worked as Director of Texas Operations at OhmConnect Energy and Customer Operations Manager at Engie North America. Before joining Univerus as a manager, Lisa was actually a client, which gave her firsthand experience with the company and its solutions. Now she looks forward to leveraging her energy sector experience and client perspective.

Lisa is especially excited about contributing to CIS implementations. She understands what customers are looking for and the challenges they face during implementation. Combined with her operational background, she aims to build strong partnerships, improve customer experience, and support successful project delivery.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lisa spending time with her husband, two daughters, and cat. She’s also a huge country music fan and loves going to concerts whenever she can. Lately, she’s become a bit obsessed with reformer Pilates.

🌟 Welcome to the team, Dean Tessman!

We’re pleased to welcome Dean as Vice President of Research and Development on the Univerus Energy & Water team.

Dean has a wealth of experience leading software portfolios through modernization. His work includes over five years driving development of Infor’s hospital billing software, and over a dozen years at Harris Computer System delivering healthcare HR, payroll, and ERP products from conception to rollout. This included a year at Harris Computer's Cogsdale Corporation, where he drove an improved product roadmap. Dean has also offered private consulting for clients, with a portfolio including large projects like data extraction for SmartMeterTexas.

Now Dean will dig into Univerus Energy and Water’s products as VP of Research and Development to translate complex technical realities into business outcomes – all to develop solutions that further enhance customers’ lives.
