We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves strategic outreach via telephone calls to identify and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a keen understanding of the IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Commerx Corporation's services, including IT services solutions, desktop and network support, cybersecurity, software development and maintenance, web and mobile application development, online reputation management, digital marketing.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored IT solutions.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales tactics.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for calls made and qualified leads.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the technology/IT services sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Relevant education in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or IT field.
Skills
Proficient in CRM software and telephone systems.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
