With the internet constantly evolving, customer needs and expectations changing, and technology advancing every second, there are some easy signs to look for if you're wondering whether or not your website needs an update.

1. You've updated your branding.

If you make any changes to your brand, message, or purpose, your website should be updated to align with the entire organization. This helps customers recognize your brand online and builds credibility.

2. Your customer base has changed.

As your company grows, you might notice it begin to attract new clientele. If you're seeing new customers make purchases with you, make sure your website is updated to fit their needs and expectations.

3. It's outdated.

You know who loves employee appreciation? US! Today, we're celebrating our amazing Project Manager, Ashley!

With a strong portfolio of over 171 successfully managed projects, Ashley takes pride in her role as a project manager to Go Top Shelf. She joined us in January of 2021 and has made life for everyone easier and more efficient. Ashley brings light to the Top Shelf team that is unique and inspiring!

“I got my start in project management through not-for-profit sporting associations as a teenager. This is where I found a true passion for setting deadlines and attaining key objectives for our client's goals. I began my official career as a project manager in 2013, actively building processes and templates through my own business. In the short time that I have been with Go Top Shelf, we now have created efficiencies to allow for a lot of growth and development.”

She graduated from Red Deer College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and furthered her education by acquiring a degree in Human Sciences in 2015. Ashley has also taken numerous courses on interpersonal skills, as personal development within her role is of the utmost importance. Utilizing her personal experience, that life has allowed her to have, has encouraged Ashley to grow as an individual and a professional. Understanding the dialectic in each project, she works carefully with our team to successfully develop and execute our project plans.

“Working within a variety of industries, I have had the pleasure of working with large companies such as Syncrude, Alberta Health Services, Alberta Children's Palliative Care Team, Calgary Cerebral Palsy, Lacrosse Canada, Evolve Alberta, and other sporting organizations.
