Our Instagram account, showtimetvstereo, that we haven’t used in over a year, has been hacked. Do not click on anything in messages they may send you. If you have a few minutes, help us out and report it as hacked. Instagram has been fully useless so far in terms of us getting it back, or even closed down.

Update from Aaron:

As you know we had a fire out behind our store on April 17th. We have been closed since then as we dealt with the insurance company. The insurance company has removed all of our product to be sold off site through a company that does insurance claim sales.

We have made the decision to not replace the product, but to alter the way we do business. We will no longer be operating a retail showroom, and we are shifting to a more service and installation based business. We will still have access to the same products we used to carry, but we will be ordering them in on an as needed basis for installations and special orders for customers, we will not be carrying inventory going forward.
We have already moved from our previous space on Strathy road, to an office space at 975 Elgin st W.

Ongoing Investigation - is investigating the circumstances of a fire after responding to a call Wednesday morning. https://ow.ly/uL0g50RjbOB

On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at approximately 6:00 a.m., police responded to a report of a fire behind a business on Strathy Road. The Cobourg Fire Department extinguished the fire, and Scenes of Crime Officers processed the scene. No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing, and police are working to identify a person of interest.

So we are waiting on some processing from our insurance company, and until some things fall into place, we will need to stay closed. We will update as to when we will be able to reopen as soon as we know.

In the meantime, our showroom may be closed, but we will still be able to assist with your electronics troubleshooting or setup needs, just not sales at the moment.

Unfortunately we will be unable to open today. There was a large dumpster fire behind our building early this morning and we will need to deal with some things to do with that situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
