So much has changed during the pandemic and even with social distancing it is now more important that ever to understand your customer's business. Take a moment to understand what has changed so that you can customize your solutions to your customer's goals and priorities. You can create surveys and questionnaires to help you understand how the pandemic impacted your customers and how they’re currently thinking about the world. You can start off with a few simple questions below and then expand to your list:

What has been your biggest challenge this past year?
How has the pandemic impacted your business?
What do you wish to accomplish in the next 3 years?
How can I help?
