We are looking for an enthusiastic Computer and Information Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be working with our projects team on client systems. Your support duties will involve all aspects of a Windows server environment, Azure AD, backup systems, LAN and WAN networks, server virtualization and client specific systems. Your extensive communication skills will assist you in keeping our clients updated, informed, and content.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to escalated service desk tickets
• Maintain and configure monitoring system used to check critical servers and systems.
• Installation, configuration and administration of Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
• Advanced Active Directory support
• Perform virtual, base server builds and upgrades in a timely manner.
• Respond rapidly and accurately to break-fix escalations when production systems have failed.
• Maintain and monitor data backup systems, enterprise anti-virus and application support.
• Work with our IT team implementing new software and hardware technologies.
• Perform IT project work as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation of client networks, resolved issues, and client information
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on established procedures.

Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of Microsoft desktop and server environment, Active Directory, Azure AD, VMWare, and Networking including SonicWALL, FortiGate and Cisco.
Education:
•Completion of a college program or a university in computer science, network administration, Web technology, or a related field.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent, 8 hours shift, Monday to Friday.
