Alberta RCMP are warning residents about a new phishing scam targeting Albertans by text using the recent driver's licence changes taking effect on July 2 as cover to steal your personal information.

The message claims your health card must be replaced through a link or by replying with your information, or you'll lose access to health care. It's fake.
