I have 15 plus yearsβ experience as Executive Assistant supporting the top C suite executives, with focus on calendar management; inbox management; planning and coordinating meetings, preparing minutes; travel arrangements; event planning and organizing; creating various correspondence and proposals, and I enjoy designing PowerPoint presentations. I have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, including good spelling and grammar, effectively manage and prioritize my workload, and work on multiple projects and activities simultaneously. I received my Certificate in Graphic Design and Page Layout (NAIT 1999)., and I achieved honours in the Desktop Publishing and Business Presentations program. Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Visio.
