Job Description:
Barventory is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Independent Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate is a natural-born closer, passionate about achieving sales goals, possessing exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
2. Generate new leads through various channels.
3. Qualify prospects and understand their unique needs.
4. Close new business to drive revenue growth for the company.
5. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
6. Maintain regular meeting cadence with the Director of Sales to provide updates and strategize on sales initiatives
7. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. 2+ yrs direct business-to-business sales experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
2. 2+ yrs experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
3. Ability to identify and qualify prospective clients generating interest in Barventory solutions.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated in a remote work environment.
Additional Information:
This fully remote position requires regular communication and collaboration with the Director of Sales. Successful candidates must be willing to commute within an agreed-upon territory to secure sales.
