According to Environment Canada, a wind warning is currently in affect for parts of Southern Ontario. Strong wind gusts of up to 110km/h are possible which may cause damage resulting in power outages.

As a result of this weather, it is possible that unplanned outages may occur at customer locations. To prepare for these outages, HCE Telecom's 24/7 NOC is monitoring our core network closely, as well as customer locations, for signs of outages.

HCE's 3rd level network analysts will also be monitoring the situation throughout the remainder of the night and into tomorrow, as is senior management.

We remain committed to providing our customers with the best possible network connectivity and will be working diligently throughout the weekend to address any outages that may occur.

Should you have any questions or concerns, or you observe an outage, you may reach our 24/7 NOC at (844)423-4443.
