REMINDER: it’s ok to not have the capacity to be productive with your business - it’s important to take some time for you (and not feel guilty for it!).
But when you’re in the mood to be productive? Sometimes it helps to have a checklist of sorts to help you get in the zone - and stay in it!
Here are some suggestions:
✔️ avoid multitasking (I struggle with this the most!)
✔️ make a list - if it helps! I find writing things into “must do”, “could do”, “extra” and focusing on one list a time helps most!
✔️ turn off notifications - put your phone on silent mode / do not disturb if you need to
✔️ minimise interruptions - easier said than done, especially if you have littles to tend to, but it does help boost productivity!
✔️ take exercise breaks - even if it’s just stretching or going for a quick walk, it can help give you energy and it’s a great way to not be stuck sitting all day.
