Welcome to the K Fiber Optic FB Page! We are a fiber optic ISP providing internet, TV and telephone P.O. Box 1140

Sorry folks, the TV is out. Our upstream provider stopped sending the signals to us. We're looking into it and will post here when the issue is fixed.

10/22/2026

After the several squirrel bites on this fiber line, we have decided to replace it completely and add an armored cable to mitigate future issues. The cut and replacement will happen during the night of November 5-6th 2026. We'll most likely make the cut 12:30am and work throughout the night as it is a big cable.

We will be CLOSED tomorrow (September 30th) in observance of Truth & Reconciliation Day. Be back at it Thursday.

Almost everyone is online now in the MCK apartment area. Just 2 more to go!

08/31/2026

For the outage: We were able to get about half of everyone back online today, unfortunately the damage was great enough to need another day. If you're in the MCK Apartment area and up toward the Old Malone you'll still be offline until repairs continue tomorrow morning.
We are very sorry.

With school back in session, it is time to consider upgrading your internet to something faster and more reliable. Get connected this week.

We are on site for an outage this morning. We are doing our best to get you back online as soon as possible. If you're in the area below, you are likely offline.

We apologize for the situation. Thank you for your patience.

Everyone is back online! Fiber restored. You might want to restart your router if you're still not on.
