Today on Celiac Disease Awareness Day, we recognize the daily challenges faced by those living with celiac disease and the importance of awareness, inclusion, and safe food practices. Even small amounts of gluten can cause serious harm, which is why understanding and support from others can make such a meaningful difference. Together, we can help create safer spaces and stronger awareness for everyone living gluten free.
