Without a system like 10in6, our manufacturing customers will fix things that their gut instinct tells them is a problem.

It's a good effort (and well-intended) - but without historical data confirming which problems are truly affecting plant performance, it's a shot in the dark.

By simply introducing accurate production reporting, manufacturers can see the cause and effect of fixing an issue without question. When you're working with data this accurate, there's no doubt there will be an increase in productivity.
