There was an awesome campaign in Australia in 2020 giving out badges to companies for responding to every applicant.

Job boards and automated candidate screening can make job applications really draining and demoralizing. Taking steps to improve communication with your applicants says A LOT about the kind of company you are, and eases the mental health of your candidates.
