Our November U-Rise session at Kickstand Fort Saskatchewan introduces the Circle of Courage, a strength-based framework rooted in Indigenous teachings that helps youth recognize their own belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity.

For youth ages 11 to 15 who are part of a family affected by a loved one's addiction, building that sense of strength and connection can make a real difference.
