Employee Spotlight 🎉

Sherry Lachapelle
Was recently promoted from our Receptionist to Account Coordinator for our Northern 911 division! Congratulations Sherry!

Why did you choose NCS and what do you hope to do with NCS?
A close friend of mine who knows Laura Stewart quite well saw on Facebook that Laura was looking to hire for the receptionist position at NCS. Having looked in to NCS further it came to my realization how much opportunity there could be for me. I feel that NCS allows me to contribute in ways that are important to me and being able to utilize the skills that I have acquired over the years. My hopes here at NCS are that I can continue in roles that will give me this opportunity on a larger scale.

What is your favorite movie?
My all time favorite movie is “The Call of the Wild”!!!! I am a huge lover of “animals” and “being outdoors” in the wilderness and this movie has it all, plus some history.

What is your favorite pastime/hobby?
I love anything that involves the outdoors such as skiing, hiking, swimming etc. However, my ultimate favourite is going on canoe/kayak trips with my closest friends in some of the most beautiful parks in Canada.

If you could have one super power what would it be and why?
This may sound cliché however, I would like to be able to bring out the kindness and patience in the hearts of others. During these difficult times in the world, a little kindness and patience can go a long way.
