Semi audio upgrade for those long hauls👊🔥

This Pete got a dual 12’” JL audio sub set up. We swapped out 2 pairs of speakers in the cab. All of this powered by the Kaption Car & Home Audio 5 channel amplifier.

After it was all done it looks like nothing happened, other than the 2x12 enclosure that you see in the back and one heck of an audio upgrade😄👌

Is that an M4 Competition with two 10” JLTW3’s?!

Yes it is😎

Two seperate enclosures custom made with two separate amplifiers. Little to no trunk space taken away and all of the bass being added👊🔊…and all this can be uninstalled in about 15 min with no holes or altercations to the car itself. Everything is removable. This customer is a 30 year client and friend, his cars are an extension of this family.

The custom alumi-board etching done in house on our CNC machine is the perfect touch on a car like this👌

The amplifiers used were the Brax, Helix, Match by Audiotec Fischer UP1 FX. We were able to build a double stack amp rack and have it sit right beside the vehicle’s battery. Keeping the entire install hidden and taking up no extra space.

1978 Squarebody Upgrade! 👊

This truck got a few different goodies.

The head unit running the show was already installed from previous owner. It is a Retrosound to keep a factory finish but the install left a little to be desired….and the dash bezel was broken and missing chucks so we fixed the mount and rebuilt the dash.

We did our standard custom vinyl SOB kickpanels loaded with the Kaption Car & Home Audio 6.5” component set. JL 3.5” coax speakers in the corner of the dash and a set of Kaption 6x9 coaxial’s in the back corners beside the sub box in our standard 6x9 pods we make. Stock 4x10 option is not cool🤘🔊

We made a custom enclosure to fit 2x Helix IKS10’s behind the seat to even out the system with some BASS🤝 The tricky part of this was we had to integrate the hinge for the upper back seat and move it forward 3” to fit the subs. The seats are from a later model suburban so nothing oem about this interior.

There are 2 amplifiers running this install. The speakers are powered by the Helix Amplify 206 which is a full dsp/30 band eq amp. The subs are powered by the Helix Amplify 201. Courtesy of Mobile Solutions of Calgary.

We don’t see many square crew cabs so this was especially fun….but on to the next!🔥🤟
