DENTED Development releases V4 of The InTow Software Suite
After a year in development, DENTED Development is very excited to announce the release of V4 (Version 4) of the InTow Software Suite. Taking the most requested features from our customers, DENTED has incorporated key new functionality to help better manage your towing operation.

Having access to Google Maps directly from the InTow Manager interface allows for quick and easy calculations of enroute, loaded, total, and deadhead miles. With GPS enabled trucks, users can monitor both truck and service call locations on a single map. With the price of fuel expected to rise this summer, locating the closest available truck to each service call is an effective way to minimize fuel and maintenance costs, while maximizing fleet output.
The ability for users to update and manage multiple calls at the same time was a common customer request. In a busy dispatch office, it’s often a requirement to have access to more than one call at a
time without having to open the software multiple times. Now users can manage multiple calls simultaneously while waiting on information from customers, drivers, or staff.
Full auditing allows management to review every change to their InTow Manager data. Date and time-stamped by username, auditing provides a very high level of security and accountability. Users with
administrative access can identify and correct problem call records, and employees.
The “driver wages” feature allows payroll personnel to enter the hours worked and the hourly rate for each driver. Combined with our existing driver commissions setup, InTow Manager now provides more ways to manage the compensation of drivers and produce a single report for driver payroll.
InTow Mobile has been completely rewritten and is available for both iPhone and Android devices, giving customers greater flexibility in communication hardware.
