MikroTik RouterOS 7.11 Update Highlights

MikroTik has to announced the release of RouterOS 7.11.

This update brings significant enhancements to their platform:

API: Enhanced security by disallowing ex*****on of commands without required parameters.
BFD: Improved system stability and finer control with new parameters.
Bluetooth: Advanced features including a new command for decoding Bluetooth payloads and a section to display specific Bluetooth payloads.
Bridge: Several improvements related to VLAN and MSTP, along with increased logging for STP events.
Certificate Management: Numerous fixes and improvements to ensure a robust security certificate environment.
Console: Improved stability, responsiveness, and error fixes.
Container: IPv6 support for VETH interface and options to optimize container-based operations.
Firewall: Enhanced system stability with specific configurations.
Ethernet: Critical fixes and improvements specifically for CRS312 devices.
LTE & Modem: Extended support and fixes for various modems to ensure seamless LTE connectivity.
SFP: Improved stability and functionality for switches, addressing several interface challenges.

As part of their ongoing effort to bring you the best and most efficient products, MikroTik has announced the discontinuation of several items. But worry not! Every discontinued product will be replaced by an upgraded version. Here are the updates:

1️⃣ RB2011iLS-IN has served us well, but now it's time to say goodbye. The successor, the powerful L009UiGS-RM, stands ready to take over and perform even better! https://bit.ly/3rBFIU1

2️⃣ CCR1072-1G-8S+ is stepping down, and it's making way for the beast - CCR2216-1G-12XS-2XQ! A big leap in performance and capability. https://bit.ly/3YbNkZB
