A meeting that starts late. A display that won't connect. A hybrid call where half the room goes silent.
Small AV problems are real cost to your team's time and efforts.
Activo designs and installs conferencing and collaboration systems built around how your teams actually meet; whether that's in person, remote, or both.

Quick audit for your physical security setup:
✓ Does every camera on your floor plan actually work?
✓ Are old access credentials deactivated the same week someone leaves?
✓ Has anyone reviewed your blind spots in the last 12 months?
If you hesitated on any of those, you're not alone. Most systems drift quietly until something forces a closer look.

A hospital hallway at 2 a.m. doesn't have room for a network outage.
That's the standard Activo builds to when supporting healthcare facilities across Canada: structured cabling, physical security, wireless connectivity, and unified communications built to stay reliable when downtime isn't an option.
The goal isn't flashy technology. It's infrastructure your team never has to think about, so they can focus on the people in front of them.

Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving from the Activo team.
Whether you're gathered with family, taking a quiet weekend, or catching up on the parts of life that get pushed aside during a busy week, we hope this long weekend gives you space to slow down and enjoy it.
Thank you to our clients, partners, and team members for another season of good work together.

Why do IT costs blow past budget almost every year? Usually because problems get handled after they've already caused downtime, not before.
Activo's managed services flip that: 24/7 monitoring, faster repair times, and one point of contact, so small issues get caught before they turn into unplanned spend.

When a senior technician leaves the company, unwritten network knowledge usually walks out the door right along with them. Automated infrastructure management systems create an active, digital record of every copper run and fiber patch in your building, so local site managers can instantly trace connections and identify open ports on screen before running a single new line.

Activo deploys automated tracking hardware and software that keeps your physical network documented for any crew member. Explore our automated infrastructure management setups to organize your facility network: https://bit.ly/4cxvw3m
