How it Works: Automatic Carton Erector (ACE)- Redefining End-of-Line Packaging
The Automatic Carton Erectors (ACE) system is engineered to replace bulky, standalone folding machines with a compact, robotic-driven solution. Leveraging both industrial and collaborative robots. The ACE, paired with our innovative Carton Folding Frame (CFF), transforms flat cartons into bottom-sealed cases.
This modular system is designed for maximum adaptability:
๐ The folding frame can be floor-mounted, robot-base mounted, side-mounted, or integrated into a conveyor bottom taping table, therefore supporting a wide range of box sizes and production layouts.
๐ The ACE robotic arm is available in multiple configurations to match varying box dimensions and stiffness levels. Switching between arms is tool-free, requires no hardware changes, and can be done with minimal downtime.
Engineered with an integrated vacuum tool changer, built-in ejectors, sensors, blowoff, distant sensors, ACE, and electrical passthrough, it connects directly to the robot wrist or control panel for plug-and-play deployment.
