Qualifying or Knock Out questions as they are called, show you which applicants are qualified for the job and which ones are not.

In the Talent Pool Builder system a Green Thumbs up shows you the applicant is qualified and worth your time to review, and a Red Thumbs down shows you they are not qualified for the job and not worth your time. In Talent Pool Builder you can set "Smart Actions" so you never spend even one second an unqualified applicant.

For candidates that are qualified you can use Smart Actions to invite the applicant to do a video questionnaire, complete further questions or an application form to gather more information or schedule their own interview with you or a team member, all without any time spent from you or your team.

Yes, applicants can lie when answering qualifying question but if the right questions are asked, it becomes very hard to lie, producing a 95%+ correct qualified applicant rate.
