❄️ Nous lançons Poudra.
4 h du matin, en pleine tempête. Un client appelle : « Vous êtes passés chez nous ou pas ? » Une semaine plus t**d, un autre conteste sa facture. Et un jour, c'est une réclamation pour une chute dans une entrée.
