We will be at Space Canada's Horizons 2026 on May 20th at the Canadian Space Agency headquarters in Longueuil, QC.

Our Executive Director of Products Ei², Nadia Rochdi, and CEO & Founder, Stewart Bain, will join other leaders in the space community for important conversations on innovative homegrown technology, mapping out emerging trends, and building connections with colleagues and stakeholders to strengthen the Canadian space sector.

We are pleased to announce that NorthStar Earth & Space has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Viking Acquisition Corp. I, alongside a $30M PIPE led by Cartesian Capital Group.

This milestone positions NorthStar for its next phase of growth as we scale our space‑based SSA and SDA capabilities to support orbital safety, security, and sustainability worldwide.

Upon closing, the combined company is expected to trade on the NYSE under the ticker NSTR.
