Most teams don’t have a lack of ideas. They have a lack of confidence before launching them.

You can spend weeks building campaigns, refining messaging, or planning experiences, but until real people react to it, a lot of decisions are still based on assumptions.

AI was everywhere at this year, but some of the best conversations happened outside the sessions.

Over a few busy days in Las Vegas, the Munvo team had the chance to reconnect with clients, partners, Adobe teams, and others across the ecosystem while exploring where customer experience, personalization, and AI-driven workflows are heading next.
