If you’ve ever opened a 40 or 50 page report and thought, “I don’t have time for this,” you’re not alone.
In this clip from our With Wunder Webinar, we talk about NotebookLM, a Google tool that acts like an AI notebook. You can add your own sources, like documents, YouTube videos, and transcripts, and it only uses what you give it. It doesn’t go searching the internet.
From there, it can transform that material into other formats, like a podcast-style summary or a slide deck. It’s especially helpful for accessibility, and for anyone who’d rather listen than read.
It’s also a great way to get caught up fast. If it’s been a couple weeks since you spoke with a client, you can drop in the last transcript, generate a quick recap, and come back in feeling fresh.
If you want help choosing the right AI tools and setting up guardrails your nonprofit can trust, our AI Jumpstart service is designed for that:

Should your next event be big or intimate? 🤔

Kimberly Chan and Linda Cajuste of My Creative Break have a clear answer: it depends on your goal. But if that goal is building real community, smaller wins almost every time.

Linda explains that in a big room, it's easy to feel like just a number. Smaller gatherings put attendees at the center of the experience and make it possible to connect on a deeper level. Kim adds that smaller groups also create safety for introverted or shy guests, and give hosts the flexibility to guide interactions through structured activities.

You can still host larger events, but they serve a different purpose. When you want people to walk away feeling like they truly belong, keeping it intimate is the move. 🤝

The biggest blocker to good compliance? It's not budget or tools. It's leadership tone.

In this clip from our Third Wednesday Webinar, Sandra Peterffy of London Market Consulting explains why compliance culture has to start at the top. When founders or C-levels dismiss it as a waste of time, their teams stop caring too. And then no amount of GRC effort can make up the difference.

Sandra's advice: compliance controls belong to the whole organisation, not just one team. Make them part of your corporate goals, communicate the "why," and hold everyone accountable.

When I started in this industry, I could not have told you what a CMA Award even was.

This year, I am judging them.

Proud to be selected as a Judge for the Canadian Marketing Association's Awards program, reviewing work from some of the sharpest marketing professionals in the country. It is a good reminder of how far the industry, and my own path through it, has come.
Looking forward to seeing what this year's best work looks like.

A lot of teams are chasing AI tools, but the technical foundation still determines whether your content can be found.

In this clip, we break down the SEO basics that help Google and LLMs understand your site:

🏗️ Clean HTML and clear header structure
🏷️ Schema and structured data markup
🧩 Modular content sections (article, FAQ, product description)
⚡ Page speed (you don’t need the fastest site, you just can’t be slower than competitors)

You know the drill. The year starts, and the big announcements come: "We're going to improve sales. We're going to launch this. We're going to tackle that."

But then what? How does that translate into what your team is actually doing on a Tuesday afternoon?

In this clip from our With Wunder Webinar, "How to Build a Team That Leads Itself," George Kiorpelidis puts it simply: "Improve sales" is not a goal. It's not measurable and it's too vague to act on.

The real work is breaking that big picture down into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with KPIs you can track. It takes effort upfront, but once you've built them, the system is repeatable.

And here's the kicker: if you're too stressed for time to build those systems now, you'll keep coming back to the same vague goals with no traction.

If your AI content isn't landing, the problem probably isn't the prompt. 🤖

In our latest blog post, we break down why AI content strategies fail at the infrastructure layer, not the writing layer. From training data and workflow design to schema markup and bot management settings that can tank your search rankings overnight, the work that actually moves the needle happens before anyone opens ChatGPT. 🏗️📉

AI content fails because of weak infrastructure, not weak prompts. Here's how training, workflows, and technical SEO decide whether AI pays off.

If your team’s using free AI tools, it’s worth asking one question: what’s being pasted in?

In this clip from our With Wunder Webinar, we talk about why free versions of tools like ChatGPT can be risky if people are entering personal info or internal company details. That information can leak, and that creates real exposure for nonprofits.

Even when you’re paying for AI through a workplace setup (like Google Workspace with Gemini), it still isn’t a perfect safety net. And even if you’re using a custom GPT and telling it “never do this,” those instructions can get overridden as the conversation evolves.

That’s why real guardrails aren’t just tool settings. They’re internal policies, shared habits, and a clear understanding across your team of what is and isn’t safe AI behavior.

If you want help building those guardrails fast, our AI Jumpstart service is designed for nonprofits:

Pride is sustained by the organizations showing up every day for 2SLGBTQ+ communities, in June and in every other month.

This year, we're spotlighting the Canadian organizations doing that work: from youth support and trans health services to family education, counselling, advocacy, and emergency relocation. We're also sharing practical ways businesses can move beyond rainbow logos and put real resources behind their support.
