Florent Bayle-Labouré, Chief of Staff and Strategy at Cirque du Soleil, will explore these questions at the Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul.

Drawing on 20 years of experience across strategy, brand management, marketing, media, and entertainment, Florent will share how emotional resonance and storytelling can shape more meaningful airport experiences.

🎤 Keynote: “Designing Emotional Impact at Scale: Lessons from Cirque du Soleil”

The Summit will also include an interactive Cirque du Soleil workshop. Participants will take on roles across cast, crew, creative, production, and operations to explore how alignment between teams shapes the overall customer experience.
