Our top row of laptops are all BRAND NEW! Featuring either Windows 11 Home or Pro, a 512gb SSD, 8gb or 16gb of RAM/Memory, and a 1 year warranty though the manufacturer!

Our middle row laptops are all REFURBISHED by the manufacturer. All having either Windows 11 Home or Pro, 512gb or 256gb SSD, 8gb or 16gb RAM/Memory, and a 1 year warranty though the manufacturer!

Our desktops are also REFURBISHED by the manufacturer. Windows 11 Home or Pro, 256gb or 512gb SSD, 8gb or 16gb RAM/Memory, some with and some without built in Wi-Fi, and a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer.

Did you know Phoenix Computers is a FedEx Pick Up and Drop Off? Here’s some tips for a smooth pick up!

1. Have a piece of ID with your name and address on it ready. If someone if picking up a package for you, they can have either same last name or address.

2. Let us know you’re picking up a FedEx package, and give us a moment to look for it.

3. Let us scan your package out and give us a signature, then you’re good to go!

Note: If you need someone to pick up a package for you and they don’t have the same last name or address as you, call us and let us know their first and last name and we can write it down.

Did you know Phoenix Computers is a FedEx Pick Up and Drop Off? Here’s some tips for a smooth delivery!

1. Insure that your label is correct. This means making sure it is not blurry, too small, or too large and your address and the address it’s going to is correct. If you’ve been given a QR code, please have it ready for us to scan when you arrive.

2. If it is going OUTSIDE of CANADA, making sure it has a commercial invoice/airway bill on the outside of the package. This may be attached electronically. If it is, you will see ETD or EOD on your label.

3. Drop it off at our FedEx counter with one of our staff, near the back of the store. There is signage in the wall for easy locating.

Please do not place your package outside the store or through our mail slot if we are not open when you arrive. If your package gets lost or damaged in that time, Phoenix Computers is not liable. Every package must be dropped off with and checked by a member of staff.

Note: We can not create labels or process payment. All that must be done on FedEx.com. However, we can print labels for you.
