While our team was in town for IALD Enlighten Europe, it was a pleasure to see the Pont Neuf as both a canvas for art and a project close to our hearts.

Artist JR has transformed the Pont Neuf into “La Caverne du Pont Neuf,” a monumental inflatable cave stretching 120 metres across the oldest bridge in the city. Free and open to the public 24/7 through June 28, the installation pays tribute to Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s iconic 1985 wrapping of the same bridge, with a soundscape by Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk).

Ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics, we worked with the City of Paris to bring the oldest bridge in town to life at dusk. GVA’s HIGHLIGHTER® and STR10® Series bring out the features of the bridge with light, with advanced capabilities in liquid-smooth dynamic effects and impactful lumen output thanks to COLOR-STREAM® and COLOR-AMP® technologies.

Remarkably, the entire system is powered by INFINITY® power supplies in just 4 separate control boxes.

What a night at the THE IESNYC Lumen Awards! 🏆

Celebrating 58 years of the Lumen Awards with the best in the lighting design community was a real privilege. Congratulations to all the winners (notably Domingo Gonzalez Associates and their Williams Crossing design for winning the Award of Merit, more to come!), and a heartfelt thank you to all organizing parties for bringing everyone together for such a wonderful evening ✨

Congratulations to the New York Knicks 🏀 on winning the 2026 NBA Championship, their first title in 53 years!

For the occasion, the South State Street Parking Garage in Stamford, CT, USA lit up in Knicks blue and orange, with “KNICKS” spanning the full length of the facade. Located steps from the Stamford Transportation Center, the building became a beacon of celebration for the entire community.

The display was made possible by over 3.5 linear km / 11,855 linear feet of HIGHLIGHTER® Color Changing luminaires in COVE-ID and COVE-OD configurations, paired with 19 FL™ Color Changing across the nearby pedestrian bridge. Remarkably, a lighting system of this scale runs on just 17 INFINITY® Power Supplies.

Moments like this show what architectural lighting can do for a city. When the occasion calls for it, a building becomes more than infrastructure, also part of the celebration.

The Zayed National Museum is one of the most significant cultural openings of 2025.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the museum honours Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s founding father. Its five soaring steel wings, inspired by the falcon, rise from a sculpted mound housing six permanent galleries.

After dark, lighting design by Claude R. Engle Lighting Consultants brings the wings to life. GVA’s FL™ Series Color Changing Floodlights graze each wing from below, highlighting their unique geometry with minimal visible hardware. Powered by COLOR-AMP®, the system delivers the full output potential of each color channel while keeping energy consumption in check.

The Museum has been recognized across the industry, as one of ’s World’s Greatest Places of 2026, shortlisted among ’ World’s Most Beautiful Museums of 2026, and placing third in the Structures (High Budget) category at the 2025.

It is an honour for us to play a part in bringing a building of this cultural weight to life after dark.
