IEEE Carleton is a student run branch that provides many services such as workshops, technical presentations, career networking events, and more.

The IEEE (Eye-triple-E) is a non-profit, technical professional association of more than 400,000 individual members in approximately 160 countries. The full name is the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., although the organization is most popularly known and referred to by the letters I-E-E-E. IEEE Carleton is the Carleton University Chapter of IEEE. The chapter's activities offer numerous educational, technical, and professional advantages of IEEE membership through special events, workshops, projects, activities, meetings and tours.

Self-nominations for candidates will be collected until November 11th.

All members registered by November 6th, 2026, will be eligible to vote.

Elections will occur by electronic ballot on November 12th and 13th. Results will be announced on November 14th.

Come by Mackenzie Building 3359, to chill, study, or hangout with your friends. We're open from 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday and offer free printing and 3d printing for all IEEE members. Plus, we're your one stop shop for IEEE stickers, patches, merch, and so much more!

IEEE Day is a global celebration held on the first Tuesday of October to mark the first time in 1884 that engineers worldwide gathered to share technical ideas. As such, we'll be holding a bake sale all day in the IEEE Ofiice to celebrate!
