Breaking: New ACA regulations for digital accessibility just published! Join my free webinar.
I am delighted to share breaking news: Yesterday (December 17), the Government of Canada published the new ICT regulations for digital accessibility under the Accessible Canada Act. Starting with deadlines in 2027, government agencies and federally regulated companies and organizations will need to conform to Canada's version of EN 301 549.
In 2018, my team helped strengthen and clarify the Act's wording. In 2024, I served on the standards committee that advocated for the adoption of EN 301 549 as a Canadian standard for digital accessibility.
This year, we were rated #1 nationally by the federal government for digital accessibility conformance testing. We've been helping strategize accessibility for over two decades, and now we're poised to help you unpack this challenging opportunity. Here's your invite to my free webinar (please share with all who would benefit)...
